A big thank you to Pro-Sen for supporting our daughter's application for EHCP. After several years of battling against the system, we now have an EHCP in place for our daughter who has dyslexia and dysgraphia. We truly wouldn't be here without the support and guidance that Pro-Sen have provided, enabling us to navigate a very complex system underpinned by SEN law.

When Pro-Sen called in January 2024 to say the local authority had folded, and by consent order from the courts, they would issue an EHCP, I was emotional and eleated. I highly recommend the expertise of Pro-Sen to support you with your CYP's EHCP applications!

The local authority had procrastinated and delayed issuing my daughters EHCP for months and I honestly do not think i could have navigated the difficult process of getting my daughters EHCP in place and then going through the appeals and tribunal process without them. They supported me with advice on how to gather the correct evidence to support my appeal so that I could successfully secure the correct placement for my daughter.  I found that any questions I had were answered very quickly and each stage of the process was clearly explained to me.  Julia attended meetings at the school with me and offered invaluable advice during the consultation process to both myself and the SENCO team at school.   I found her knowledge of the process to be excellent and her understanding of the law surrounding SEND, second to none.  Julia was always very open and honest with me and gave me realistic timescales and advice on what to expect at each stage.  It really helped manage my expectations and ultimately ease my anxiety.  I can't recommend Pro Sen highly enough to anyone who is trying to navigate the complicated EHCP process.
